1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lilies AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years or older to use Lilies AI.
  2. Access by minors or persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. Users found underage will be banned from the Platform and its community spaces.

Age verification will be enforced for users reported to be under 18 to ensure compliance with platform policies.

3. Content Guidelines

  1. Any depiction or use of minor characters, or characters who appear to be minors or use images resembling minors, is strictly prohibited.
  2. Certain sensitive content may be hidden by default, but users can manually choose to view it.
  3. Bots containing or promoting terrorism, violence, self-harm, bestiality, sexual violence, graphic gore, necrophilia, incest are forbidden.
  4. Racism, hate speech, or discriminatory content is prohibited. Historical or educational contexts may be allowed under moderation. Depictions of sexual assault involving real persons or historical figures are strictly forbidden.
  5. Images of bots must follow visual limitations to avoid being overly sensual or obscene.

4. User Conduct

  1. Users must not engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities via the Platform.
  2. Any attempts to circumvent moderation, share content involving minors, or distribute illegal materials will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.
  3. Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and content they create or share.

5. Privacy and Data

  1. User data will be collected and used according to Lilies AI's Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal identifiable information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

6. Modifications

  1. Lilies AI may update these TOS at any time.
  2. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Lilies AI is provided "as-is" and without warranties.
  2. The Platform and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lilies AI.

8. Termination

  1. Lilies AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these TOS without prior notice.
  2. Deleted content or banned accounts are permanent and non-recoverable.
